Layer 01Land

Land secured ahead of the demand it will carry.

Compute demand is not the constraint, and neither is capital. The biggest challenge in AI infrastructure is access to ready, connected capacity. CodeX Space addresses this by securing the critical foundations first: land, grid access, and fibre connectivity. Every stage that follows is built upon that advantage, ensuring long-term resilience and operational certainty.

Hyderabad is the first campus of a three gigawatt programme, not the whole of it. The balance is planned across further sites.

We deliver capacity that’s ready when the customers are. Through a phased, demand-led approach, built to the tenant’s specification and released against the tenant’s ramp. Balancing speed, flexibility, and sustainable resource use.
